Stop smoking hypnosis has become very popular over the last decade. Testimonial to this are many celebrities who have stopped smoking successfully using hypnosis (see my info graphic), and success stories reported in the media such as this one here.
Nevertheless, hypnosis for smoking is still clouded in much mystery.
